This project included the provision of a new pavilion structure to the rear of an existing house in Boronia Park.  The work involved providing a fresh approach to a previously approved DA.  A variety of sketch plans were prepared and a Section 96 Application was submitted to Hunters Hill Council that has now been approved.

Alterations and addtions to an existing historic cottage in Balmain.  The works include opening up the downstairs, a new kitchen,  a contemporary open courtyard.    Upstairs is a new bedroom and refurbished bathroom.
