Renovation of a nineteenth-century terrace house and former shop that had been significcantly modified.  The house was stripped back to its orginal bones and the circulation was re-arranged around a new stair atrium.   The new rooflight overhead now brings daylight down into the centre of the house.  Much of the original brickwork was retained.
