Finalist: Canada Bay Council Sustainability Awards
Creation of a new secondary dwelling/ granny flat studio and garage fronting on to a rear lane. Set behind an existing house, a portion of the garden was reclaimed to increase the amount of landscaping. The new structure, which negotiates a step in the ground level to the rear street, comprises a new garage and secondary dwelling including combined living, dining kitchen downstairs and bedroom loft space.
