Reconstruction of a small and dark two-bedroom terrace house on a tiny 67 m2 site in inner-city Surry Hills. The house was rebuilt except for the front room and facade which sit in a heritage streetscape. The owner, a ceramicist, was interested in bringing light and space down into the centre of the house via a new rooflight and two-storey atrium.
